PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Extract air mode
The metal grease filter cleans fumes and odors by absorbing fatty components and other fine particles in kitchen gases. As required, the air outlet pipes can be connected to the exhaust air duct or directed outside.
Odor absorption mode
It is not always possible to connect a fume hood to a ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser fume hoods can work as a filtration system. The metal grease filter first absorbs fatty constituents and other tiny particles from the cooking vapors, then odorous substances and microparticles are directed through the activated carbon filter. Cooking vapors return cleaned to the kitchen.
Aluminum corrugated pipe
The used aluminum pipe with a diameter of 150 mm is easy to use and assemble, can be bent and stretched along its entire length as needed, due to its low weight it does not require additional fastening, and aluminum corrugated pipes also have a long service life.
When connecting pipes with 120 mm conduit, use the included adapter.
Metal grease filter
This durable filter is made of stainless materials (stainless steel and aluminium).
Grease filters should be cleaned every two months during normal operation of the hood in the dishwasher or by hand using a mild detergent or liquid soap.
Carbon filter
The carbon filter material is chemically treated activated carbon, which has a high absorption capacity: it can hold pollutant particles up to five times its own weight. The carbon filter does an excellent job of removing various odors, smoke, vapor impurities. Charcoal filters are installed in the hood for operation in recirculation mode.
